Acceptable Use Policy

1. Real people and consent

Don't upload, generate or publish:

• Images, video or voices that depict or imitate a real, identifiable person without their permission, including deepfakes, face swaps and voice clones.
• Sexual or intimate imagery of any real person without their explicit consent.
• Content that impersonates a person, brand or organization, or falsely implies their endorsement.
• Content that shows real people saying or doing things they didn't, presented in a way meant to deceive.

2. Child safety

Never upload, request or generate any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or anything that endangers or exploits children. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities and close the account.

3. Honest advertising

• Don't present an AI-generated person as a real customer, or AI-generated testimonials as real experiences, where this would mislead viewers.
• Don't make false or unsupported claims about a product's results, health effects or safety.
• Don't advertise illegal products or services, or products that are restricted where you advertise them without following the rules that apply.
• Follow advertising and consumer protection rules, and label sponsored and AI-generated content where they or the platform require it.

4. Harmful content

Don't create or share content that:

• Harasses, threatens, bullies or doxxes anyone.
• Promotes hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
• Promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or glorifies real acts of violence.
• Encourages self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Is intended to mislead people about elections, public health or emergencies.
• Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing or other illegal activity.

5. Other people's rights

Only upload material you have the rights to use. Don't use the studio to infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights, for example by reproducing someone else's artwork, logo, music or footage without permission. If you believe content made with the studio infringes your rights, email us with the details.

6. Using the platform fairly

• Don't try to get around usage limits, paid-generation approvals, content safeguards or account restrictions.
• Don't share, sell or publish your password or access tokens, or let others use your account.
• Don't access other people's accounts or data, or probe, scan or test the studio's security without our written permission.
• Don't overload the studio, use automation beyond the agent access we provide or scrape it.
• Don't upload malware or anything designed to harm systems.
• Don't resell or offer the studio as a service to others without our agreement.
• Follow the usage policies of the AI providers and social platforms the studio connects to.

7. Enforcement

If we believe content or activity breaks this policy, we may remove the content, cancel generations, stop a publication, revoke tokens, or suspend or close the account, depending on how serious the breach is. Where the law requires or allows, we may report illegal content to the authorities. You're responsible for what you create even if a provider's safety filters didn't block it.

8. Reporting a problem

To report content made with the studio or misuse of it, email creativestudio@gmail.com with a description and any links. We review every report.
