Data Deletion
Effective October 6, 2026
You can delete everything we hold about you at any time, or remove just one connected social platform. Removing Creative Studio in your Facebook settings also tells us automatically to delete the data we received from Facebook.
1. Delete your account and all your data
Sign in and open Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, sessions, agent tokens, projects, uploads, generations, voice previews and every connected social account, and revokes the studio's access at the platforms that support it. You can download your data on the same page first.
2. Disconnect one social platform
Open Settings → Connections and select Disconnect next to the account. We revoke our access at the platform where it offers a way to do that and delete the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove the studio's access on the platform itself:
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings → Business integrations → Creative Studio → Remove.
- YouTube (Google): Google security settings → third-party access.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
3. Removing the app on Facebook
When you remove Creative Studio in your Facebook settings, Facebook sends us a deletion request. We delete the Facebook and Instagram connection data linked to your Facebook account straight away and give Facebook a confirmation code and a link to this page, where you can check the request's status.
4. Ask us by email
Email creativestudio@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us what you want deleted. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep afterwards and why.
